Notice is hereby given, pursuant to order canceling & resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 16, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
LOT 16, BLOCK 1, MULRENNAN GROVES NORTH SUBDIVISION UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 57, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 1255 PINEY BRANCH CR, VALRICO, FL 33594; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 28, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
