CONDOMINIUM UNIT 2222, BUILDING NO. 22, OF MANHATTAN PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1678, PAGE 1680, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 7210 MANHATTAN AVE APT 2222, TAMPA, FL 33614; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on July 28, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
