NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 6th day of July, 2011, at 9:00 AM at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
Lot 1657, STONEYBROOK AT VENICE, UNIT 1, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 36, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
