NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 10-13966 DIV G UCN: 292010CA013966XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and SHERRI ANN WEAVER A/K/A SHERRI A. WEAVER; THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 7509, BUILDING 400 OF THE GREENS OF TOWN 'N COUNTRY, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4381, PAGE 1167, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, AND RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; together with AN undivided share IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
