NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S EX PARTE MOTION TO CANCEL FORECLOSURE SALE SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 17, 2011 AND TO RESET FORECLOSURE SALE TO A DATE NO SOONER THAN JULY 29, 2011 entered on June 10, 2011 in Case No. 2008 CA 013838 NC in the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit, in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on July 29, 2011 beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in SARASOTA County, Florida, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 1516, 30TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 14, 14A THROUGH 14Q, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTIFYING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
