Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 23, 2011, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, in Room 201/202 on the 2nd floor of the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Tampa, Florida 33602, at 2:00 p.m. on the 27 day of July, 2011.

Lot 43, COLLINS ARMENIA PARK SUBDIVISION, according to map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 109, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
EXHIBIT “B”
All fixtures, furnishings, materials, supplies, equipment, inventory, leases, licenses, permits, contracts, contract rights, accounts, acc receivable, rents, and personal property of Debtor located in, on, under or above, or arising out of the premises described in Exhibit attached hereto and situate in Hillsborough County, Florida, and all profits and proceeds arising therefrom.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
