NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order resetting sale of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2011 in the above action, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Hillsborough, Florida, on August 2, 2011, at 10:00 AM, 2nd Floor, Rm. 201/202 of George E. Edgecomb Courthouse - 800 E. Twiggs St., Tampa, FL 33602 for the following described property:
LOT BEGINNING 87 FEET NORTH AND 540 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA RUN THENCE NORTH 50 FEET; THENCE WEST 100 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 50 FEET AND THENCE RUN EAST 100 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
