Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Ex parte order resetting sale of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 21, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
THE SOUTH 100 FEET OR THE NORTH 431 FEET THE EAST 152.4 FEET OF THE WEST 441.4 FEET OF GOVERNMENT LOT 2, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 20 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THE WEST 24 FEET THEREOF FOR COUNTY ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
and commonly known as: 8810 DYER ROAD, RIVERVIEW, FL 33578; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the George Edgecomb Courthouse located at 800 E. Twiggs Street, Room 201/202 Tampa, Florida, on August 2, 2011 at 2:00 PM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
