SCHMIDT, N/K/A TRAVIS PHILLIPS; ALLIANCE MORTGAGE COMPANY; CITIBANK FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK, a federal savings Bank organized under the laws of the United States; HSBC BANK NEVADA, N.A. as successor in Interest to Direct Merchants Credit Card Bank, N.A.; GE MONEY BANK A corporation f/k/a GE Capital Consumer Card Co, a successor In interest to Monogram Credit Card Bank of Georgia, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the 2nd floor, Rooms 201/202 in the George E.
