East Village Master Association, Inc.
At a properly called Board of Directors' meeting held at 9:15 a.m. at the East Village Clubhouse, 3000 East Village Drive, Venice, FL, on Thursday, March 3, 2011, EAST VILLAGE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. (the “Association”) through its Board of Directors took action by way of a Board of Director's vote to ensure that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of EAST VILLAGE, recorded in Official Records Book 1646, Page 93, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, as may be amended from time to time, currently burdening the property subject to each and every member of the Association and each member's membership, retains its status as the source of marketable title with regard to the transfer of real property which is subject to each member. To this end, the Association caused the notice required by Chapter 712, Florida Statutes, to be recorded in Instrument # 2011069495 the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida on June 15, 2011. Copies of this notice and its attachments are available through the Association pursuant to the Association's governing documents regarding official records of the Association.
