NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order resetting Sale of Foreclosure dated the June 15, 2011, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-014573, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the George E. Edgecomb Courthouse, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa FL 33602, at 10 A.M. on the 27th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 102, THE LANDINGS OF TAMPA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15589, PAGE 1308, AS AMENDED BY SCRIVENER'S AFFIDAVIT RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15605, PAGE 686, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
