Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the order Granting Plaintiff's Ex-Parte Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale entered on June 22, 2011 in this cause, in the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 1, THE BLUFFS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 60, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA,
and commonly known as: 6806 Monet Circle, Tampa, Florida 33617, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the 2nd Floor of the George E. Edgecomb Building, Room 201/202, located at 800 East Twiggs Street, in Tampa, FL 33602, on August 3, 2011, at 10:00 A.M.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
