NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on June 17, 2011 in Case No. 2007-CA-015628-SC, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County Florida, that I will sell the below-described property at public sale to the highest and best bidder on July 22, 2011, at 9:00 A.M, electronically on-line line at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes:
Lot 33, Block 340, Fifth Addition to Port Charlotte Subdivision, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 11, Pages 33 and 33A through 33R, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
