NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated June 22, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-17127 DIV F UCN: 292009CA017127XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006 FRE1 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates is Plaintiff and MARIA RIVERA; EDGARDO M. RIVERA; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR BERKSHIRE FINANCIAL GROUP, INC., DBA EZ MONEY.COM, A NEW YORK CORPORATION, MIN NO. 100194470001921351; Unknown Tenant No. 1; UNKNOWN Tenant No. 2; and All Unknown Parties Claiming Interests By, Through, Under Or Against A Named Defendant To This Action, Or Having Or Claiming To Have Any Right, Title or Interest in the Property Herein Described, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at 800 East Twiggs Street, Room 202, Tampa, FL 33602 at Hillsborough County, Florida, at 2:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
