Lot 3, Block 10, of the MAP OF JOSIAH RICHARDSON'S CENTER HILL SUBDIVISION, according to the ma\Map or Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida; Together with the West Half of alley abutting on the East side with easements running the length of the alley.
