NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered in the above-styled case, number 2011-CA-1216-NC in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, that I, Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk, will sell the following property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 8, Block 27, PINE SHORES ESTATES, THIRD ADDITION, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 72, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Together with all the improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and all easements, rights, appurtenances, rents, royalties, mineral, oil and gas rights and profits, water, water rights, and water stock, and all fixtures now or hereafter attached to the property, including replacements and additions thereto.
