Unit 203, COUNTRY CLUB APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 883, Page 797, and amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Book 4, Page 33, and amendments thereto of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida; the street address of which is: 649 S. Tamiami Trail, #203 Venice, FL 34285.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, via the internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on 07/22/2011. Final payment must be made on or before 4:00 p.m. of the date of the sale by cash or cashier's check, or initiated ACH or Wire Transfer.
