NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 9th day of June 2011 and entered in Case No. 2007 CA 014504 SC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR OPTION ONE MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2007-CP1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-CP1 is the Plaintiff and LAJOS TOTH; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAJOS TOTH; JANE DOE; JOHN DOE; IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 14th day of July 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 554, 18TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 6,6A THROUGH 6V, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
