ALLEN, TRUSTEE OF THE OLGA V. ALLEN SEPARATE PROPERTY TRUST; THE UNKNOWN BENEFICIARIES OF THE THE OLGA V. ALLEN SEPARATE PROPERTY TRUST; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNTRUST BANK; VILLAGE IN THE PINES OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 21st day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
