Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on June 20, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
lot 182 of eagle creek phase 1a, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 55, pages 137 through 153, of the public records of orange county, florida.
and commonly known as: 10120 chorlton circle, orlando, fl 32832; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 15, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
