Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on January 21, 2011, in the Circuit Court of Orange County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described as:
LOT 132, HERITAGE PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 35, PAGES 106 AND 107, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
and commonly known as: 3213 HARPERS FERRY CT, ORLANDO, FL 32837; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on July 14, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
