unit 6212, cypress fairway condominium, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium recorded february 18, 2005 in official records book 7837, page 530 through 616, inclusive, and any amendments thereto, public records of orange county, florida, together with all appurtenances thereto and an undivided interest in the common elements of said condominium as set forth in said declaration.
and commonly known as: 5467 vineland road #6212, orlando, fl 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 11, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
