building 1, unit no. 122 of the madison at metrowest, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 08405 at page 4098 of the public records of orange county, florida, together with all amendments thereto, if any, and together with an undivided interest in the common elements thereof in accordance with said declaration.
and commonly known as: 2632 robert trent jones dr #122, orlando, fl 32835; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 11, 2011 at 11 A.M.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
