NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 20th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-29444, of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein nationstar mortgage, llc is the Plaintiff and selena miller; robert miller; unknown tenant (s); john doe; jane doe as unknown tenant (s) in possession of the subject property are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 25 day of July, 2011 at 11:00 AM at www.myorangeclerk. realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
lot 29b, oak meadows, p.d. phase iii, unit ii, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in plat book 17, pages 134 through 136 of the public records of orange county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
