NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Pursuant to the Florida Statutes, notice is hereby given that the City of Winter Garden City Commission will hold a public hearing in the City Commission Chambers located at 300 W. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida on July 14, 2011 at 6:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible to consider a recommendation on the adoption of the following ordinance:
ORDINANCE NO. 11-13
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF WINTER GARDEN, FLORIDA, AMENDING CHAPTER 118, ARTICLE VI, DIVISION 7, SECTION 118-1297 OF THE WINTER GARDEN CODE OF ORDINANCES RELATING TO STANDARDS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR FENCES, WALLS, AND SWIMMING POOL ENCLOSURES; AND PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
A copy of the proposed ordinance may be inspected by the public between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday to Friday of each week, except for legal holidays, at 300 West Plant Street. For more information, please contact Tim Wilson at 656-4111, ext. 2321.
Interested parties may appear at the meetings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinance. Written comments will be accepted before or at the public hearings. Any persons wishing to appeal a decision of the Public body with respect to any matter considered at such meeting or hearing should ensure a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
