condominium unit unit no. 907 of sunset lake, a condominium, according to the declaration of condominium thereof, as recorded in official records book 8472, at page 3367, of the public records of orange county, florida, as amended together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
and commonly known as: 4340 s kirkman rd #907, orlando, fl 32811; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on line at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on August 18, 2011 at 11 a.m.
