YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action seeking to foreclose a mortgage on real and personal property situated and located in Orange County, Florida, as set forth in Exhibit “A” hereto, has been filed against you in Orange County, Florida. Each defendant named above is required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to Lee D. Mackson, Esquire, the plaintiff's attorney, whose address is Shutts & Bowen LLP, 1500 Miami Center, 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33131, 30 days after first date of publication, or before August 8, 2011, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, showing what right, title, interest, or lien defendant has in or to the property described in the Complaint, and to show cause why that property should not be taken for the uses and purposes set forth in the petition. If any defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the Complaint herein.
