Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 29, 2011, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida described in Exhibit “A” and Exhibit “B” attached hereto, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for CASH, such sale being conducted online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 a.m., on the 29th day of July, 2011.

The south 2.26 acres of lot 5, loci park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 35, page 81 and 82 of the public records of orange county, florida, being more particularly described as follows:
begin at the southeast corner of lot 5, loci park, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 35, page 81 and 82 of the public records of orange county and run N 86º 06' 51” w along the south line of said lot 5, 317.30 feet to the southwest corner of said lot 5; thence run n 00º 02' 28” w along the west line of said lot 5, 301.20 feet; thence leaving said west line run s 86º 06' 51” e, parallel with the south line of said lot 5, 337.93 feet to the east line of said lot 5; thence run s 03º 53' 09” w along said east line, 300.49 feet to the point of beginning.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
