Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on June 27, 2011, the Clerk will sell the real and personal property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:

Tracts B, C, D and E, Crescent Oaks Country Club Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 1 through 41, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
LESS and except a portion of Tract B, Crescent Oaks Country Club Phase 1, as recorded in Plat Book 104, Pages 1 through 41, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
