NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 8, 2011, and entered in Case No.10-007676-CO-041 of the County Court, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Golden Gate Condominium Association, Inc. of St. Petersburg is Plaintiff, and KHADIJAH SHAMSEDDINE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KHADIJAH SHAMSEDDINE; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 22nd day of July, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit 5, Building D, GOLDEN GATE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, according to Condominium Plat Bok 36, Pages 71 through 74, and as amended in Condominium Plat Book 37, Page 8 and recorded in Condominium Plat book 38, Pages 7, 8 and 9, for the Public Records of of Pinellas County, Florida, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium filed in O.R. book 4909, Pages 208 through 257, inclusive, as amended in O.R. Book 4917, Page 1702 and as amended in O.R. Book 4928, Page 1080, and as also amended in O.R. Book 4943, Pages 192 through 198, inclusive, and amended in O.R. Book 4997, pages 491 and in O.R. 5007, pages 146, 147 and 148, rerecorded in O.R. Book 5008, pages 487 through 489, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 4450 40th Avenue N., #5D St. Petersburg, FL, 33714.
