NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 24, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-011571-CO-41 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Eagles' Reserve Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and CONNIE SILBERT; ROBERT SILBERT and BOOT RANCH NORTH ASSOCIATION, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 5th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot No. 19 Block B of THE EAGLES RESERVE, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 101 at Page 83 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; the street address of which is: 1717 Arabian Ln. Palm Harbor, FL 34685
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
