NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-002249-CI-020 of the Circuit Court, of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein South Beach Homeowners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and ANDERS ENG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANDERS ENG and TARHEEL ROOFING, INC. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: at http://pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 a.m., on the 15th day of August, 2011 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel Unit No. 501 of SOUTH BEACH CONDO HOTEL, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 134, pages 20-24, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 13916, Page 601 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration of Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 11360 Gulf Blvd., Apt 501 Madiera Beach, FL 33738
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
