NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale filed June 27th, 2011, and entered in Case No. 522009CA020250XXCICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE UNDER NOVASTAR MORTGAGE FUNDING TRUST, SERIES 2005-2 is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. NAAYERS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS NAAYERS; NANCY B. ANDERSON; GREGORY D. FORDERHASE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE OAK DOORS, INC., A CONDOMINIUM; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 29th day of August, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101, A CONDOMINIUM, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF THE OAK DOORS, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4600, PAGE 787, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 26, PAGES 12 AND 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
