NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pasco County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pasco County, Florida described as:
Unit 8-B, BRANDYWINE CONDOMINIUM ONE, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 19, Page 51 through 54, inclusive, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, together with the undivided percentage interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, all in accordance with the Declaration of Condominium, and all exhibits attached to said Declaration and by reference made a part thereof, recorded in O.R. Book 1092, Pages 1777 through 1861, inclusive, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1100, Page 1325, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1107, Page 1477, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1128, Page 1216, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1133, Page 0892, Public Records of PASCO County, Florida, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1142, Page 1342, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1188, Page 1831, said amendment being re-recorded in O.R. Book 1213, Page 102, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1197, Page 254, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1380, Page 747, as amended by instrument recorded in O.R. Book 1476, Page 1621, as amended, all of the Public Records of PASCO County, Florida.
