NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 8th day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-010062WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and CHARLES T. BELLINGER, TRACEY A. BELLINGER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 25th day of July, 2011, at 11:00 AM on Pasco County's Public Auction website: AT WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM PURSUANT TO JUDGMENT OR ORDER OF THE COURT AND CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES. in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

FOR A POINT OF REFERENCE, COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼ OF SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 25 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; RUN THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 47'02” WEST ALONG THE NORTHERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID NORTHWEST ¼ OF THE NORTHEAST ¼, A DISTANCE OF 51.02 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 1, SIGNAL COVE, UNIT TWO, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 74 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE SOUTH 1 DEGREE 21'02 WEST ALONG THE EASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID SIGNAL COVE, UNIT TWO, A DISTANCE OF 1,223.45 FEET; THENCE DUE WEST 1,600.03 FEET; THENCE DUE NORTH 363.0 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, RUN THENCE WEST 100.00 FEET, THENCE NORTH 60.0 FEET; THENCE EAST 100.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 60.0 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
