Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 51-2011-CC-000223-WS Section O of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which, LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, and the Defendant is AMBER L. CHIAPPETTA, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on July 26, 2011, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 7, Block 36, LONGLEAF NEIGHBORHOOD THREE, as per plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 56, Pages 127-150, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
More commonly known as: 3427 Durrance Street, New Port Richey, Florida 34655
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from this sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
