Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in PASCO County, Florida, on the 11th day of May, 2011, in the cause wherein ASSET ACCEPTANCE, LLC, was plaintiff and ALAN D. TISDALE, was defendant, being case number 10SC1277WS in said Court.
I, CHRIS NOCCO, as Sheriff of Pasco County, Florida, have levied upon all the right, title and interest of the defendant, ALAN D. TISDALE in and to the following described property, to wit:

I shall offer this property for sale “AS IS” on the 9th day of August, 2011, at AUTOMOTIVE CENTER TOWING & RECOVERY, 8705 NEW YORK AVE, in the City of HUDSON, County of Pasco, State of Florida, at the hour of 3:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as possible. I will offer for sale all of the said defendant's, ALAN D. TISDALE, right, title and interest in aforesaid property at public outcry and will sell the same, subject to all prior liens, encumbrances and judgments, if any, to the highest and best bidder or bidders for CASH, the proceeds to be applied as far as may be to the payment of costs and the satisfaction of the above described execution.
