YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action to establish a prescriptive easement or a statutory way of necessity over, across and upon the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
A portion of Sections 4 and 5, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
COMMENCE at the Northeast corner of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 5; thence S.01Ëš03'32”W., 8.67 feet along the Easterly boundary line of said Southeast 1/4 to the Point of Beginning, thence N. 63Ëš56'10”W., 41.75 feet; thence N.26Ëš03'50”E., 15.00 feet; thence S.63Ëš56'10”E., 44.35; thence S.88Ëš04'45”E., 65.26 feet to the Southerly boundary line of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 4; thence N.88Ëš51'13”E., 269.01 feet along said Southerly boundary line; thence N. 87Ëš50'59”E., 150.48 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 41.14 feet; thence Northeasterly 50.84 feet along said curve through a central angle of 70Ëš48'28” (chord bears N.52Ëš26'52”E., 47.67 feet); thence N.15Ëš55'08”E., 64.52 feet; thence N.27Ëš36'26”E., 39.60 feet; thence N.37Ëš01'12”E., 115.91 feet to the Westerly extension of the Southerly maintained right-of-way line of Townsend House Road as depicted in Maintained Right-of-way Map Book 3, Page 127, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence S.61Ëš56'25”E., 15.19 feet along said Southerly maintained right-of-way line and the Westerly and Easterly extensions thereof; thence, leaving said maintained right-of-way line, S.37Ëš01'12”W., 117.07 feet; thence S.27Ëš36'26”W., 36.82 feet; thence S.15Ëš55'08”W., 63.12 feet to the beginning of a curve concave to the Northwest, having a radius of 56.14 feet; thence Southwesterly 32.53 feet along said curve through a central angle of 33Ëš12'04” (chord bears S.33Ëš28'57”W., 32.08 feet) to the said Southerly boundary line of said Northwest 1/4; thence S.01Ëš08'47”E., 15.00 feet; thence S.88Ëš51'13”W., 528.48 feet along a line 15.00 feet south of and parallel with said Southerly boundary line to the Westerly boundary line of said Southwest 1/4; thence N.01Ëš03'32”E., 6.34 feet along said Westerly boundary line to the Point of Beginning,
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it, on Rod B. Neuman, Esquire, of Gibbons, Neuman, Bello, Segall, Allen & Halloran, P.A., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3321 Henderson Boulevard, Tampa, Florida 33609, on or before August 8, 2011, a date not less that twenty-eight (28) nor more than sixty (60) days after the date of the first publication of this notice, and file the original with Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the Amended Complaint.
