THE NORTH FIVE (5) ACRES OF THE E 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS WEST 20 FEET RESERVED FOR EASEMENT FOR EGRESS AND INGRESS TO THE REMAINING PORTION OF THE E 1/4 OF THE NW 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 2, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, LESS EXISTING ROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
