Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure (entered March 22, 2011), as amended by the Ex Parte Order Granting Motion to Cancel and Reschedule Foreclosure Sale (entered on April 18, 2011), entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

Commence at most Southerly corner of Lot 432, River Crossing Unit Eleven, as shown on the Plat recorded in Plat Book 26, Pages 65 through 69, inclusive of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida, for a point of beginning; thence along the Southerly boundary line of said River Crossing Unit Eleven the following two courses and distances: North 39º 49' 25” East, 40.00 feet, South 50º 10' 35” East, a distance of 440.00 feet to the Westerly right-of-way line of River Crossing Boulevard, as shown on the Plat of River Crossing Boulevard recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 34 and 35 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida; thence along the Westerly right-of-way line of said River Crossing Boulevard, a distance of 125.03 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 490.00 feet, a central angle of 14º 37' 13” and a chord of 124.70 feet which bears South 31º 44' 04” West; thence North 48º 29' 58” West, a distance of 9.94 feet; thence a distance of 106.15 feet along the arc of a curve to the left, said curve having a radius of 171.00 feet, a central angle of 35º 34' 05” and a chord of 104.46 feet which bears North 66º 17' 01” West; thence North 84º 04' 04” West, a distance of 66.90 feet; thence a distance of 143.04 feet along the arc of a curve to the right, said curve having a radius of 129.00 feet, a central angle of 63º 31' 59” and a chord of 135.83 feet which bears North 52º 18' 04” West; thence North 20º 32' 05” West, a distance of 4.67 feet; thence North 39º 49' 25” East, a distance of 142.18 feet; thence North 50º 10' 35” West, a distance of 151.93 feet; thence North 39º 49' 25” East, a distance of 10.00 feet, to the point of beginning.
The above described parcel contains 1.364 acres, more or less.
