NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-010604, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein 11-2009-CA-010604, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JEFFREY B. SNEAD, SPINNAKER POINTE AT WINDSTAR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., MARGARET E. SNEAD and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1203 SPINNAKER POINTE AT WINDSTAR, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1928, PAGE 2336 THROUGH 2410 AMD AMENDMENTS THERETO OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME TOGETHER WITH THE EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO USE GARAGE# G1203.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
