NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 15 day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2009-CA-008947, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK,AS TRUSTEE FOR CWALT, INC.,MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AL1 is the Plaintiff and MELANIE A. COY, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR AMPRO MORTGAGE, A DIVISION OF UNITED FINANCIAL MORTGAGE CORP., NEWCASTLE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELANIE A. COY and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. B5-203, NEWCASTLE, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1489, PAGES 528 THROUGH 596, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
