NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-002711 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY ON BEHALF OF FINANCIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORP., SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2007-WMC1, ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-WMC1 is the Plaintiff and FERNANDO CANDOLI; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSE, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR RESURGENT CAPITAL SERVICES; PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE SECTION I RESIDENTS' ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; STRATFORD PLACE MASTER ASSOCIATION, INCORPORATED; TENANT #1 N/K/A ANA ALEJANDIA, and TENANT #2 N/K/A NICHOLAS CANDOLL are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, HUGH HAYES ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112, IN COLLIER COUNTY at 11:00AM, on the 20th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 20 STRATFORD PLACE, NOW KNOWN AS PINEHURST AT STRATFORD PLACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGES 15 THROUGH 21 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
