NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 14, 2011, in the above styled cause of action, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the first floor, Atrium, of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on July 18, 2011, the property described in Exhibit “A” attached hereto.

Condominium Parcel No. 102, Turtle Lake Golf Colony Condominium Apartments, Building 12, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 820, pages 197 through 229, inclusive, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Parcel 2:
Condominium Unit 301, Building 1100, Positano Place at Naples II, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3978, page 2285, as amended, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

Together with detached parking Garage Unit PGD#A-3 of Positano Place at Naples I, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof as recorded in Official Records Book 3964, Page 2182, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
