Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 21, 2011 entered in Civil Case No. 11-929-CA of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida wherein CYPRESS GLEN MASTER association, inc. is the Plaintiff and Adrian M. Romero, Melina Basanta, and Unknown Tenants in Possession are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at ATRIUM 1ST FLOOR, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 21 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Condominium Unit 16, Building 2, CYPRESS GLEN VILLAGE, PHASE 1, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 3215, Page 1554, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
