NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale Date dated the 21st day of June, 2011, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-009468, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is the Plaintiff and GRISELDA TREVINO; DISCOVER BANK; FIA CARD SERVICES, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION F/K/A MBNA AMERICA BANK, N.A.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; PALMETTO HOME & LAND LLC.; WILLIAM B TREVINO III A/K/A WILLIAM B TREVINO; UNKNOWN TENANT (S); JOHN DOE; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, located at 3315 Tamiami Trail East, in Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH ONE HALF OF THE SOUTH ONE HALF OF THE WEST ONE HALF OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST ONE QUARTER OF THE NORTHEAST ONE QUARTER, SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 46 SOUTH, RANGE 28 EAST, COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.

TOGETHER WITH A MOBILE HOME, PERMANENTLY AFFIXED AND SITUATED THERETO, UPON THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED ABOVE.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
