NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated June 21, 2011, and entered in Case No. 09-1565-CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. CREDIT BASED ASSET SERVICING AND SECURITIZATION LLC is Plaintiff and VIVIAN L. ST. LOUIS AKA VIVIAN L. CHESTNUT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIVIAN ST. LOUIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 20 day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 56, BLOCK 4, RIVER PARK EAST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 84 AND 85, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
