NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 4, 2011, and entered in Case No. 0901935CA, of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida. BANKUNITED is Plaintiff and JEAN PASCAL VAN RAAM A/K/A JEAN P. VAN RAAM, a married woman, if living and if deceased, any unknown party who may claim as heir, devisee, grantee, assignee, lienor, creditor, trustee or other claimant, by, through under or against JEAN PASCAL VAN RAAM A/K/A JEAN P. VAN RAAM; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; BANKUNITED; CROWN POINTE SHORES COMMONS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida non-profit corporation; are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the Atrium on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse., 3315 Tamiami Trail East, at Naples, in COLLIER County, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 18th day of July, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 201, BUILDING 24, OF CROWN POINTE SHORES IV, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, OF RECORD IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2554, PAGES 2235 THROUGH 2309, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim with 60 days after the sale.
