Inc., is the Plaintiff and Jose Luis Gonzalez a/k/a Jose Luis Gonzalez Castan a/k/a Jose Gonzalez, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for American Brokers Conduit, State of Florida, Revenue Dept., The Reserve at Naples Condominium Association, Inc., Jane Doe n/k/a Marisela Arers, John Doe n/k/a Mario Otero, Beverly Smith, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on July 18, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
