notice is hereby given that, pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated 20 day of June, 2011, entered in Civil Case Number in the Circuit Court for Collier , Florida, wherein is THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWALT, INC. ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2005-27 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-27 the Plaintiff, and DOROTEA GUZMAN, et al, are the Defendants, I will sell the property situated in Collier Florida, described as:
UNIT NO. 113, OF THE TRADEWINDS APARTMENTS OF MARCO ISLAND, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 472, PAGE 509, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at COLLIER County Courthouse, in the atrium on the 1st floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 18 day of July, 2011.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
